I have been exclusively selling commercial real estate with Superior PLUS Realtors for over 30 years. I could not do what I love for so long without all of you! 

I had many successful transactions in the past several years. I have been able to place new tenants in many of the region’s major retail outlets, including Clocktower Plaza, Northland Plaza, and The Lima Mall. 

It was also a successful year for buying and selling commercial real estate. A few sold locations include Gossard Self Storage, Cridersville ASAP Self Storage, the former Lima News building, and more. I also had successful land purchases in Van Wert, Cincinnati, and Toledo.
