MEET JILL

I am Jill Miroglio, a commercial real estate agent and advisor serving Northwest Ohio, especially Allen, Auglaize, Mercer and Shelby counties. As a fellow investor, I understand the importance of finding a property that is the right fit for your goals as well as selling to maximize profit and minimize risk. Each situation and business is a little different, and I focus on the nuances of each situation. I also specialize in securing leases and can help you find a tenant to fill a retail space, an office, a warehouse or something in between.
